The Zeppelin ZR,') did not start for America, this morning as arranged. Dignitaries had assembled for the ceremonial farewell, and speeches had been delivered when the airship -was found to be too heavy to rise. Th'e explanation was that the early morning mists affected the airship, and the flight was therefore postponed.
