OBITUARY.
MR J. P. H AEG REAVES. There passed away on Saturday Mr James Percy Hargreaves, fourth son of the late Mr "William H. Hargreaves, after an illness ot' some years' duration. The late Mr James Hargreaves was educated at Christ's College, and was a wellknown member of the College cricket eleven. He was connected for some years with the staff of the Bank of New Zealand, and at the time of his retirement was manager of the bank at Bulls. His brothers are Br. Hargreaves of South Canterbury, Mr W. F. Hargreaves of Duncdin, and Mr L. M. Hargreaves' of Oliristchurch. '
