EMPIRE LEGISLATORS.
WELCOMED IN SOUTHERN RHODESIA. (keutk&'s tslcsiuu.; CAPE TOWN, October. 2. The Empire Parliamentary party arrived at Salisbury, -where the visitors were cordially welcomed by the Premier and other prominent persona. The visit synchronised with the first anniversary of the establishment of responsible government in the Colony. A meeting is being held with members of "the Cabinet, with the object of forming a Southern Ehodedian branch of the Empire Parliamentary Association. Last night the delegates dined with the Governor, after which a largely attended and brilliant reception was held.
