•CIVIL SERVANT COMMITTED FOR TRIAL.
(PRZSS ASSOCIATION" TSIJCGRAH.) WELLINGTON. September 19. Robert S. Bush, formerly a clerk in the Native Trust Department, was committed for trial for having stolen £93 from the Department and £53 from Thomas John Mulligan. Bush appropriated moneys coming to the Department by clients, and falsified the books. Mulligan, a clerk in the Department, was in hospital. Bush obtained his Savings Bank book by false pretences and drew out £53.
