"TRUCULENT BLUSTER."
-MR WILBUR OX THE PACIFIC COAST. (ST CABLZ--TSES9 ASSOCIATION' —CUPT2IGET) (KKCTM'tf TXLXGEAXTS.) (Received September 19th, $.50 p.m.) NEW YORK, September 13. The "World," in an editorial on Mr Wilbur's recall, says, "If it is not due to the character of his speeches on the Pacific Coast, a3 White House affirms, it should have been.
"Only meagre reports of the speeches have reached the Atlantic Coast, but these intimate that Mr Wilbur has been talking for a big n.ivv in the best style of jingo, all directed, of course, at Japan, without the slightest provocation.
"President Coolidgo cannot afford to have his Administration identified with truculent bluster of this kind, but ho seems indifferent."
