The Spanish war in Morocco is entering a new phase. The withdrawal of garrisons from outlying Spanish posts, which is now occurring, indicates that the Marquis do Stella is concentrating all his available forces in Tetuan for the purpose of striking a crushing blow on the" enemy. It is expected that several columns, amounting in all to 40,000 men, will be employed.
