REPARATIONS.
COMMISSION GOING TO LONDON. (bt cable— press association—copyright) (australian and k.z. cable association.) PARIS, July 30. The Separations Commission, after lengthy deliberations, baß decided to go to London. The new French formula providing for arbitration in the event of Germany's default is varyingly commented upon. It is approved by the "Matin" and "LCBuvro," as likely to solve all questions. The Conference is denounced by "Lo Journal," which declares that it is drifting towards a wreck, and by the "Echo de Paris" which predicts the rejection of the formula by British and American financiers.
