Saskatchewan killed Prohibition in. to-day's plebiscite by a large majority. In both country and cities the vote favours Government control of liquor. The clause providing for retail sale of beer was defeated. REPEAL BILL REJECTED. DECISION OF NORWEGIAN CABINET. (BT CAB LB —PEES 3 ASSOCIATION—COPYBIGHT.) (AT79TBAUIN AND S.Z. CABLB ASSOCIATION.) CHEISTIANIA, July 16. Parliament rejected the Government's measure repealing the prohibition of the sale of spirits.
