RANGIORA WAR MEMORIAL.
A special meeting of the Rangiora Soldiers' Memorial Committee was held last night, the Mayor (Mr W. A. liowse) presiding. Besides members of the committee, ministers of the various denominations, the chairman of tlhe local branch of the 8.5.A., the headmaster of the borough school, and representatives of the local Territorial unit were also present. Major liowe, of Christchurch, was present by invitation. The programme for tiie unveiling ceremony was agreed to, and the military arrangements were left in the hands of Major Itowe and Lieut. \V. Smith. The Kev. W. B. Scott, of Kaiapoi, will be invited to take part in the service. Other matters in connexion with the ceremony were feft in the hands of a small committee
