' Acting.on behalf of Mr Oscar Aacho, Messrs Whiting and Byrne, solicitors, of Melbourne, have ißSued a writ against J. C. Williamson, Ltd. A declaration is chimed under an agreement in writing between the plaintiff and the defendants, dated February 7th 1923, that-the plaintiff. is entitled to equal shares with the defendants in all productions referred to in the agreement. Mr A3che also asks for a sale o£ the productions, arid the payment to him of one-half ehare of the prosceds. Tho productions referred to, the eolicitors explain, are who scenery property, etc. Copyright interests are in no way involved. The plaintiff further seeks accounts to the end of the J. C, Williamson season, and "connected with .the tours and extended tours referred to under an agreement." He asks for an order that tho defendants pay half of the amount qf tho net profits in respect to each tour. Unspecified damages for breach of agreement are claimed and £i'i 9s 2d is asked for in payment of salary for the week ended June 3rd, 1924. .
