The close of a night-long sitting of the House of Commons, extending to six o'clock in the morning in order to complete the committee stage of the Finance Bill, was marked by the sensational collapse of Mr Kennedy, one of the Government Whips, while th« Houso was dividing. Ho was removed to hospital, and if still unconscious.
