(BY CABL2—PEESS ASSOCIATION COPTBIQHT.) (AUBTBALIAN AND N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION.} (Received June 15th, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, June 14. The Moscow correspondent of the "Daily Express' ' says five high Court, officials at Leningrad, who were convicted .of bribery and sentenced to death, have been executed. The Al2Eussia Control Executive reprieved 12 others similarly condemned, and reduced their sentences to ten years' imprisonment. Mr H. G. Greenwell, special correspondent for the "Daily Express" on the Eusso-Eoumanian frontier, says Eussia is waging a silent war against Roumaftia by midnight marches of troops and other forms of pressure and intimidatory propaganda. He expresses the opinion that this may continue indefinitely or suddenly set the Balkans aflame. Eoumania's view is that Eubsia is bluffing, and is not ready for an offensive this year.
