Representatives of the Ministry of Finance and the German Bank have initialled sn agreement covering all outstanding Chino-German questions. (Received June Bth, 5.5 p.m.) PEKING, June 6. Copies of tlie Sino-Genoan agreement have been formally exchanged between the Government and the German Legation. The questions settJed include the restoration of German private property in China,' the settlehnent' of German loans and bonds, and the rehabilitation o£ the Deutsche Asiatißcho Bonk.„ ~
