IN NORTHERN ALBANIA.
REVOLUTIONARY GOVERNMENT SET UP. (by cable—press association coftbigbt.) (AUSTBALIAN AKD K.Z. CASLB ASSOCIATION.) (Received Juno sth, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, Juno 5. The Paris correspondent of the "Daily Express" says: Despatches from Vienna state that Omer Pashi Vrioni, Prime Minister of Albania, sent a deputation to the rebels to propose an armistice. Eeports from Montenegro state that the rebels have cleared the Government forces out of the whole of northern Albania, and have established a Revolutionary Government, at Scutari, under their leader, Eedueb Bey.
MARCHING ON TIRANA. ULTIMATUM TO GOVERNMENT. (reutf.r's telegrams.j (Received June 6th, 12.55 a.m.) BELGRADE, June 5. Civil war is spreading in Albania. The insurgents captured Seutari, and are marching on Tirana, the capital. They have sent anultimatum to the Government, demanding its resignation. Government troops at Alessio, which is attacked, are in a critical position.
