HASTINGS, May 15. Arthur Room, restaurant proprietor, met with a fatal accident in Heretaunga street last evening, when, as the result of a motor-car' collision he succumbed to his injuries.. His wife is on a voyage to England. l FOXTON, May 15. A shocking burning accident, of which the two-year-old eon of Alfred Smith, Harbour street, was the victim, happened on Tuesday afternoon. The shjld fell in an open fire in a neighbour's yard, and was terribly burnt , about the face. ■ It was removed-to hospital, where it died.'-, ' '
