BLENHEIM, May 14. Speaking at the meeting of the Marlborough Progress League, the chairman (Mr B. P. Goulter) said he had noticed that the Canterbury Progress' League had'set up its committee to investigate the project, and they would probably hear in about a month what Canterbury's views were. «», On Mr T. Churchward's suggestion, the secretary web instructed to write later in the month to the secretary of the Canterbury League, enquiring what progress--was being made. < It is understood that an early statement , will W framed by.
