A youthful witnesa in the Supreme Court in Wellington was continually urged by the Crown Prosecutor, Mr P S. K. Macasaey, to "speak up. "Imagine that you are at a football match," suggested the-Chief Jusfcoe, Sir Eobert Stout. The latter remark had the desired- effect.
