THE NEW REICHSTAG.
PROSPECTS OF COALITION. (BY CABLE —PRESS ASSOCIATION COPYRIGHT.) ("th* mas.") LONDON, May 9. The Berlin correspondent of "The Times" says that German Nationalists are tardily realising that even they cannot form a Government without the co-operation of other parties. •It is ejear that they are aiming, at a - Coalition with the "Centre and People's Parties, trusting that they may enjoy.; the benevolent neutrality of the Democrats on the one hand and of the Freedom Party oji the other. It is a precarious basis upon which to build, even should "the Nationalists come round to the .view that unreserved acceptance of the reparations experts' report is the alternative to confusion. The Centre Party will join in on no other terms, and the benevolent neut trality 'of the. Democrats is not otherwise .obtainable. What the Freedom Party will do remains obscure. Popular rumour . already credits it with making preparations for a putsch.
