(Received February sth. 8.30 p.m.) LONDON, February 4. The Berlin correspondent of the "Daily Express" says that Mr Reginald McKenna's Reparations Expert Committer leaves Berlin at the end or tho week without accomplishing its mission.
It has been unable to trace the flight, of German capital abroad, or to estimate the amount exported. Banks and private firms will not disclose the amount of their foreign deposits; and, though Sir William Plender and his accountancy experts continue to examine the books of German banks, the German Government is unable to answer the experts* questions regarding investments abroad.
The Committee is returning to Pans, where it will work upon the information already obtained.
