CHRISTCHURCH REGATTA. A day's good 6 port is promised those who attend tho Chrisfcchurch regatta, at .uako Forsyth to-day. There is a fi.no picnicking' grouud on tho shores of tho lako and tho occasion will provide an opportunity for an enjoyable outing in addition to tho interest attaching to tho rowing races. Tho committee will piwide milk and hot water free. Excellent entries havei bean received for tho various events, crows from all tho pnnfiipsl Canterbury rowing clubs competing.
