PRINCE ARTHUR OF CON- % NAUGHT ENTERTAINED. (BI "<• ASSOCIATION—COfrIMaitf•? (AUSSfcAUAN AND K.Z. CABtJS ASBOCIAtiBJj.) CAPE TOWN, December 6. The Pretoria Government entertained Prince Arthur of Conhaught at a banquet. General Smuts, who presided, highly praised the Prince, who had done everything possible to advance the interests of South Africa. Prince - Arthur, responding, said he Jeft with the happiest recollections of kindness and hospitality everywhere. Efc congratulated felouth Africa on her great progress, and political, fiscal, and racial unity, since he first came as a subaltern in the Hussars.
