HICKSON MISSION.

To-day was the third and final day of* the Hickson Healing Mission, and St. Paul's Cathedral \vas packed, wonvm patients predominating by a majority of ten to one. Altogether, over! 500 patients were ministered to.. One cure was reported, that of John MeGill, of Winton. McGill met with a serious accident on December 20th last. A motor-car ran over him, causing severe. injuries to his shoulder,' and a knee-cap, which was fractured and had to be set three or four times'; McGill attended the service yesterday, when ho was reported to be in frightful pain, and walked on crutche». As a result of the accident one pf his legs was about an inch'shorter than , the 1 other one. It was reported to-day by several competent observers that as a Tesult of his attendance at Mr Hickson's service yesterday, he, was now able to walk without assistance, and a most miraculous thing was that there was apparently no difference in the length of his legs. McGill is stated to have walked to the Cathedral this morning, to congratulate Mr Hickson for being the medium of sueh derful cure. The particulars of McGill 's injuries were verified by the patient's nurse in the Invercargill Hospital. The nurse had stated that McGill had been discharge!' in a hopeless condition. She did not, however, se 3 McGill after his reported cure! \
