_—s~~ DOMINION ADHERENCE. (PJtESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) WELLINGTON, November 30. At the Cabinet meeting to-day, it was decided that New Zealand, shall adhere to the International Sanitary Convention of 1912. Hitherto New Zealand has been the only Dominion not adhering to the Convention, which governs shipping and protection against cholera and other diseases, laying down conditions to be imposed in the event of any infection being 'brought into any country by any vessel.
