The Traffic Inspector said the defendant went 25 miles an hour in IN orth street. A fine of 10s and costs was imposed. Alex. Campbell, who did not appear, was fined 20s and costs for speeding in the borough. A. E. Horwell, charged with speeding at Pleasant Point, was fined 20s and costs. E. Price and Jas. JVI.
