Sea Scouts. A meeting of tho Scout Committee was held on Tuesday ovening. thero beins a fair attendance. In the absence cA the Mayor Ofr W. T. Lester) Mr M. G. Carson presided. The Concert Committee reported that all arrangements for "the concert to be held on October 3rd wcro weH in hand. Iho Scouts were to givo half tho items, and soma good talent had been secuftd for the other half. Mr M. J. Miller said be had examined several boats, and elected one he thoueht moot suitable for tie Scouts, bat it neod«d extensive repairs. It waa deciued to liaTC the boat made seaworthy as eoon as possible. The secretary reported several gentlemen had offered their to help instruct the Scouts for the diSerent X?rcficieccy badges.
