FIRE IN CARGO STEAMER WESTMORELAND.
VESSEL'S DEPARTURE FOR HOME DELAYED.

A fire was discovered this afternoon in a bunker iri the steamer Westmoreland, berthed at the Queen's wharf. The fire was situated in a cross-bunker, between the stokehold and tho main bunker, aiid is thoiight to havo been extinguished by tha Ship's appliances. Coaling operations have been suspended, and tho departure of tha vessel, which was scheduled for to-morrow, for American portfi and England, with 12,000 tons of produce, is now indefinite.
