It is expected that the Cabinet Ministers will have a further conference today before the Prime Minister, Mr Baldwin, makes his statement. The "Daily Telegraph" editorially says: "We are convinced that the wish of the people, both here and in the Dominions, is that Mr Baldwin ehall speak frankly audi fearlessly." The "Daily Chronicle" says France is" being asked to agree to publication of the inter-Allied correspondence. If she refuses, Mr Baldwin will probably publish the British documents.
