"When the monoy of g,n estate coiae3 into the hands of the State-guaranteed Public Trustee, there is r.o loss of interest by reason of delay in the selection of a suitable investment. In cases where the investment is in the Common Fund, which haa many advantages, the interest runs from tho Ist of the month following tho recoipt of the first eapital moneys. If the testator .has directed in hie will that the estate moneys shall bo invested outside the Common Fund, arrangements are made as quickly aa possible for a suitable investment, but the money does not lie idle at this stage. From the Ist of tho month following the receipt of the funda, interest at a fair rate is credited to the estate.
