Krassin •as head of the London Trade Delegation. RELEASE OF TIKHON. LONDON, July 8. The "Observer's" Moscow correspondent confirms the reported release of the ex-Patriarch Tikhon. •[The "Daily Express" recently printed a cablegram from Moscow, which said it was officially announced that Tikhon had been released by order of the Supreme Court, in,consequence of a letter, dated June 16th, in which he stated that, beng reared in Monarchist surroundings, he was opposed to Soviet authority, and admitted anti-Soviet actions. «He acknowledged the justice of the 'decision to bring him to trial, and asked for freedom, pledging to give up counterrevolutionary actions in the future.]
