A peace agreement -has been readied. Ismet Pasha, after the mooting, told the journalists that an agreement had been reached on all points. He declared: "It is peace." An official communique states that an agreement in principle was reached on the three outstanding questions, namely, the currency iu which interest on the Ottoman debt is payable, concessions, and the evacuation of Turkish territory.
