What is a living wage? One writer ■ "Collier's" says it is that which will obtain food, clothing, and shelter sumeient to keep the individual's productivity at par. Another contributor savs that that is only an existence wage and that not until a man can earn enough money to buy a small car, a home with at least sis rooms and all the modern improvements, send his children to school and college if they desire buy the things that his wile nd children need to make them happy, ■ill be earning a living wage. Another man thinks that this latter- individual would come, pretty close to the definition of a millionaire.
