Mr George Harvey (Ambassador to London), who had intended to sail today, has announced a month's post-' ponement of his return to England. This has revived the report that he would soon resign the ambassadorship. [Mr George Harvey was appointed United States Ambassador to Great Britain by President Harding in April, 1921. Mr Harvey started life as a journalist. Later, after organising certain electric railways, he became president of Harper's publishing firm. Formerly the friend and nominee of Dr "Woodrow Wilson, he parted from the ex-President, and has since been a zealous force in Republican politics.
