McLean, president of the NewZealand Poultry Association, who telegraphed to the Hon. W. xiosworthy statins' that a serious shortage, of bran and pollard was very gravely embarrassing poultry raisers, recoived a telegram to-day that the Department of Industries and Commerce upon representation being made, is prepared to grant the Association a pertn-t to import a limited quantity in order to relieve the position.
