TO CORRESPONDENTS.
Letters submitted to the Editor for publication must be written, in hik, on one side of tlie paper only, and vrnters must send their full names and addresses in detail, whether it be intended that these shall be printed or not.
Correspondents must say distinctly whether or not their-letters are being, or have been submitted to other journals. The Editor cannot undertake to return or to preserve any letter which for any reason is unsuitable for publication, to acknowledge unsuitable letter (although thia will be done whwre it appears to be necessary), or to enter mto any correspondence concerning letters submitted for his consideration.
