A reliable Administration authority reports that the foreign shipping lines will cease importing beverage liqjuors inside the three mile limit. It is understood that the lines have already suffered considerable loss through the United States seizures of their excess liquors. Besides this the Administration indicates it will adhere to the seiieures unrelentingly, for which reason the shipping lines are unwilling to cause further irritation.
