REDUCTION IN CHARGES. (?1 CABLE—PBSBS ASOOCIATIOiT—COPTEIOHT.) (AUUTBAWAH AXD K.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION.) (Received July 4th, 11.45 p.m.) LONDON, July 4. The Port of London Authority on July 9th will reduce the dock and warehouse charges and dues by 7£ points in the percentage addition, and will make a proportionate reduction in those rates where the percentage increase was merged.
