RUHR "SCISSORS CLUB'S" THREAT. , (BY CABLE—PBESS ASSOCIATION— COfYBIOHT.) (aubtbalian and n.z. cable association.) (Received May 22nd, 5.5 p.m.) BERLIN, May 22. A "Scissors Club" has been organised in the Ruhr to check German girls' flirtations with French and Belgian soldiers. Tlie club announce tneir intention of cutting off the hair of any German girl "carrying on" with Frenchmen, Belgians, Indians, Chinese, Japanese, or negroes. The hair thus forfeited will be made into nets and sold in aid of the Ruhr relief fund.
