THE BOY SCOUTS.
TO THE.IDITOB OF "THE MISS.* Sir,—May I trespass on your space sufficiently to correct a slight inaccuracy in your report of the Council meeting oi the Boy Scouts? The word "ex-commissioner" should read "commissioner." The question I raised was one of general principles, not of particular persons.—Yours, etc., PHILIP CAHRINGTON, late Commissioner for Training Scout Officers.
