"When freight dues were paid he failed to account for them in the proper way, but endeavoured to balance each month by paying in money received. The cash liandlod was not sufficient to allow him to continue tho system. He had made restitution of £ls. Ho was committed for sontence, bail being allowed in one surety of £SOO. An order was made that his name be not published.
