ZEEBRUGGE RAID.
DEED COMMEMORATED. (BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT.) (AUSTRALIAN AND N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION.) BRUSSELS, April 23. In rain and bitter oold the Governor of Western Flanders laid the foundation stone of a memorial commemorating the heroic Biitish naval attack on Zeebrugge. The memorial is placed near the shore end of the famous mole. There was a large assemblage, including Admiral Keyes, who eulogised the great feat, and extolled the Anglo-Belgium friendship.
