MELBOURNE, April 18- ( Senator Pearce has announced that the Federal Government is establishing a solar observatory on Mount Stromlo, in' Federal territory. This will complete a chain of similar observatories encircling the globe. Among other advantages, it will ensure a more accurate and longer range of weather forecasts. '
