(EKES 3 ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) WELLINGTON", April 18. ' The Full Court heard argument in connexion with the application of John Edward Barltrop, of Feilding, for admission as a solicitor. T'ho applicant had applied for admission in 1915, but owing to certain charges mail© against him, tho Court dismissed his application. For sometime Barltrop has been acting as a land broker at Feilding. The present application is opposes by tho Law Society on the same grounds as in 1915, and' also on the. grounds of the -applicant's method ol conducting his land-broking, business. After some discussion between the Bench and the parties, tho matter was adjourned till April 2Gth to enable the Court to peruse affidavits.
