* BUSINESS AS USUAL. [BY CABLE— PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPTBIOHT.) (A.USTKALIAN AND H.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION.) (Received April 17th, 8.35 p.m.) SYDNEY, April 17. The Chamber of Manufacturers, following the lead of the Ylctorlan Retailers' Council, have decided to keep their businesses open on Anzac Day in Victoria. Though the Government proclaimed a public Holiday, the Retailers' Council resolved that stores should remain open, and Anzac Day be observed next Sunday instead.
