(press association telegram.) DUNEDIN, April 17. M.M.S. Chatham, from Bluff via Stewart Island, berthed at Dunedin at 5 p.m. to-day. The arrival of the Gov-ernor-General and Lady Jellicoo attracted about a thousand to the wharf. "\Vhilo at Stewart .Island. Lord Jellicoe presented.the Ross Cup, which was won by the i-i-footer, JYlnriliuku, at the Auckland regatta in January. His Excellency will have a busy time while he is in Dunedin, attending various functions. The Chatham leaves on Monday for Auckland direct. Their Excellencies will Teave by train for Ohristchurch on the same day.
