ITALIAN POPULAR PARTY. (bt cable—peess association— copybioht., (AUSTRALIAN AND N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION.) ROME, April 15. The congress of the Popular Party, whoso programme supports Parliamentary Government, Roman Catholicism _ and proportional representation, having condemned Fascism, Signor Mussolini is summoning members of. the Ministry belonging to that party to a meeting on Tuesday, when they must declare whether they support the decision of Signor Mussolini.
