Arrested 'by the French at Lippstadt as a war-criminal concerned in the sinking of the British steamer Sussex, Captain Steinbrinck, now or •the lessen Iron and Association, is declared by the British- Admiralty to be innocent of the charge. The Admiralty says that the Sussex was sunk by a submarine under Couimandei Pustkuchen, who was lost in the TJ.6O sunk by depth charges off the Lizard by the British trawler Sep King.
