Letters submitted to the Editor for publication must be written in ink, on one side of the naper only, and writers must send their full names and addressee in detail, whether it be intended that these shall be printed or not. Correspondents must say distinctly whether or not their letters are being, or have been submitted to other journals. The Editor cannot undertake to return or to preserve any letter which for any reason is unsuitable for publication, to acknowledge unsuitable letters (although this Will be done where it appears to be necessary), or to enter into anv correspondence concerning letters submitted for his- consideration.
