THE LOST FLEET.
ARRIVAL AT SHANGHAI. (BX CABLE—PBESS ASSOCIATION —COPTRIGHT.) (UNITED SEHYICZ.) MOSCOW, January 3. It is now learned that Admiral Stark's Far Eastern fleet turned up in Shanghai on December 10th, and was given two weeks in which to coal. [A cablegram published yesterday said that when the Reds captured Vladivostok Admiral Stark sailed with the entire Russian Far Eastern fleet. He was reported to have formed a colony on the Kahchatka coast.]
