It is now learned that Admiral Stark's Far Eastern fleet turned up in Shanghai on December 10th, and was given two weeks in which to coal. [A cablegram published yesterday said that when the Reds captured Vladivostok Admiral Stark sailed with the entire Russian Far Eastern fleet. He was reported to have formed a colony on the Kahchatka coast.]
