SUNDAY CONCERTS.

In order to raise funds for she orphans at the lit. Magda'a Home,. a grand Christmas concert will he given at "Greater Crystal Palace to-morrow night. Items will he given hy Miss Lola Stantonne, the American girl violinist, and Mr Cfcas. Lawrence, the notable English, entertainer, hy kind permission of Sir Benjamin and Mr John Fuller, and by the following Cliriatchurch artists:—Mrs Frank O'Brien (lyrio soprano), Miea Dorothy Nottingham (contralto), Miss Cushla Ryan (mezzo-soprano). Miss Myra Edmonds tionist), Mr Arthur Macdonalci (baritone), Mr Frank Bown (lyric tenor), Mr E. A. '.Turner (elocutionist), Mr Douglas McLaren (baritone), and Mr Hamilton Dickson ('ceiliat). The acoonipanisto will bo Mrs Macdonald. Violin and 'cello obligates will be played by Miss Mary Ward and Mr G. Berryman. Mr Prank McDonald will act as stage manager. Doors toill be opened at 7.80 p.m., admission being by silver coin. A most attractive concert is advextwed for Sunday evening in the Liberty Th«<atr«. Visitors to Christohurch and patrons of Sunday concerts will have an opportunity of hearing some of the city's foremost talent. It is hoped large numbers will attend, as the concert is for an excellent cttuee.
