FOREIGNERS IN GERMANY.
GOVERNMENT'S WARNING. (By Cable—Press AMOcUtion—Copyright.) (Aimtralian audi N.Z. Cable Association.) - BERLIN, December 20. The growing tendency to insult foreigners in Germany is due to an anti-foreign campaign by a section of the Preea, and has drawn from the Government a warning of possible consequences to Germany of excesses against foreigners. The warning states that everyone should realise that in hia intercourse with foreigners his attitude may bring his own country and felknr-counterymen abroad into serious difficulties.
